Gozu Sake

The Sake Brewery "Koshitsukano Shuzo" founded in Niigatahas has been brewing Sake for about 240 years. 

The brewery uses home grown yeast, water from the Agano River and Gohyakumangoku rice to make its Sake.

Gozu no Mine Junmai Ginjo is prepared under low temperatures which makes the sake is light and dry.
