Blaumeister is named after the Liebfraumilch monastery in Worms. It is here where the monks created the sweetest and delicate wines. They are generally made in the Rheingau, Nahe, Rheinhessen & Pfalz regions. A late harvest wine. 

A Blaumeister should be at least 70% Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner or Kerner.
