The grapes from each of the crus are vinified separately and unlike many other houses, malolactic fermentation is avoided in the production.

Excluding this process ensures mouth-watering flavours and an exceptional purity of fruit.

The wines are then carefully blended to ensure a consistent taste and style.

After blending, each bottle is further aged for a minimum of two years before being released on the market.
