NEIGE is the leading inspiration of La Face Cachée de la Pomme.
Established in 1994, the cidery is the origin of the very first Apple Ice Wine (also known as Apple Ice Cider), to be developed and commercialised in Québec and throughout the World.
Located in the village of Hemmingford, in Québec, owner François Pouliot and Stéphanie Beaudoin exploit their 100 acres, on which several tens of thousands of apple trees are grown to allow the creation of their Apple Ice Wine, NEIGE.
Produced since 1994, NEIGE is made predominantly from MacIntosh apples, known for their sweet and acidic taste.
