Castletorre Merlot (75cl)
Ruby red color, with purple hints, vinous with a floral bouquet and a dry taste.
Vinification Details: The grapes are grown in the Veneto region in North-West Italy. After they have been crushed, fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to retain all the freshness and purity of the fruit and gain optimum flavours.
Tasting Notes: Ruby red colour with purple hints, floral nose, fruity and dry palate. Great with starters or cured meats
Serving Suggestion: Perfect with first dishes and salami. Serving temperature: 16°-18°C
