Bosco dei Cirmioli Pinot Grigio DOC Delle Venezie (75cl)
Vinification Details: Grapes are de-stemmed and very softly pressed. Crushed grapes are refrigerated at a temperature of 10°C and placed in a pneumatic press. The must is separated from the solid elements of the skins and decants naturally for 12-24 hours at a temperature of 8-10°C.
Tasting Notes: Appearance: pale straw yellow. Aromas: fruity, intense, characteristic, sometimes slightly aromatic.
Palate: velvet, delicate and harmonic/fruity taste that gets ripen through time.
Serving Suggestion: Well suited with appetizers, entrees and fish dishes
