A splendid and iridescent shading, with a fine bead. On the nose this Champagne indicates extraordinary nuance. delivers notes of blooms, citrus fruits grown from the ground peaches, finished by a sensitive smell of honey.

Surprisingly powerful and crisp on the sense of taste. Highlights the floral notes found on the nose and a brilliant and adjusted mouthfeel. The completion is for some time, described by a powdery, mineral feel.

Ayala Blanc de Blancs is created in small amounts in exceptional years just and completely communicates the wonderful bore of awesome Chardonnay from the best crus of the Côte des Blancs.
