Enjoyed by Provence Rosé lovers the world over, Whispering Angel is made from Grenache, Cinsault and Vermentino. Pale pink, it draws one in.
Whilst pink fruits burst onto the palate, the wine is bone dry with a smooth finish, highly approachable and versatile.

History: The origins of Château d'Esclans can be traced back to the times of the Gauls and today the maison produces some of the world's best-loved Provence AOC rosé wines.
Regional information: Whispering Angel is made from grapes sourced from amongst the most choice vineyards in the vicinity of the Esclans Valley and nearby in the Cotes de Provence region. These grapes come from 10 to 12-year-old vines, situated in clay and gravel soils at a lower elevation in the vineyards.
Vinification: The grapes are de-stemmed and lightly crushed at a low temperature to avoid oxidation. Stainless-steel vinification helps to preserve the wine's fruitiness, while bâtonnage - the process of stirring up the lees - adds body.
