The smooth plate on this Chardonnay reveals elegant citrus fruit backed by a full rounded stonefruit profile. Apricot and peach give way to touches of cream, nuts and toast. The complex structure remains through to the lingering finish that reveals distinct grapefruit acidity.

Perfect to be enjoyed on its own or paired with grilled seafood or succulent roast chicken.

Premium parcels of fruit from famous regions across Southern Australia were blended to produce the balanced style and flavour profile of this harmonious wine. The fruit was crushed and destemmed and selected parcels were fermented in French and American oak prior to blending. The final blend has seen further American oak to balance the fruit-oak profile.
