Langlois Chateau Sancerre Rouge 2020
Langlois-Chateau has developed over the past 10 years. The vineyards are situated on the right side of the Loire Valley facing Sancerre. Fermentation is carried out at low temperatures (18-20 degrees), ageing in tanks continues until Summer with a maturation period in bottles for 3 to 6 months.
How to serve:
Suits to white meat and mild goat cheeses.
