After being raised in the 1930s by a family full of deceit and lies, this EL DON’s life soon changed when he could no longer trust the people he once loved. Running the streets for food and warmth, he made a pack with his newfound friends that whatever their outcomes, they would remain together forever. He set about looking for wealth and opportunities in the hope to repay his loyal friends. In the late 1950s he travelled around Europe to seek fortune. After several failed attempts at business, he finally made his breakthrough by importing hand brushed Cordovan shoes. Building a lifestyle of wealth and quality amongst the rich and famous, he went back to his humble beginnings to employ individuals who kept their faith and loyalty.  With his family long behind him, he continued to provide opportunities for those from the past who respected his friendship and shared the same values. Thanks to his actions, his loyal friends presented him the title of “EL DON,” recognising his significance and impact. Only recently he found another man who expressed gratitude towards his family while neglecting to show faith and support to his friends… little did he realize that this man shared his name, EL DON!

Brought into the world by his mother in the prohibition years, this EL DON knew the strength of a strong bond. Raised in modest circumstances alongside seven older siblings, he understood that protecting his family was crucial for survival in the gritty underworld where violence was all too common.

After tragically losing his eldest brother to the streets, he embarked on establishing a business crafting tailored suits with high quality fabrics. In the mid 1950s, the company purchased a warehouse close to the family home where all 6 siblings worked in various departments. After discovering his employees were stealing the fabrics, he acquired help from the banks to keep the business running by paying off debts. His loyalty with friends was lost and his bond with his family became stronger than ever. As a thank you to his family, he provided them with wealth who in return gave him the highest accolade of calling him EL DON. Over time, he encountered another individual known as EL DON, who had forsaken his family in favour of rewarding loyal friends with wealth and prosperity. He knew it would only be a matter of time before their paths crossed again, because nothing is stronger than a blood bond!
