Tasting Notes:

A golden colour with crystal-bright reflections, a powerfully rich and expressive nose with aromas of stewed white peaches, underscored by hints of honey, spices, preserved ginger and nutmeg.

The palate is lively, crisp and well-defined, exuding delicate flavours of spices and fresh biscuit, with fine touches of stewed fruit, honey and roasted fresh almonds, combining together to produce a complex and full-bodied wine that shows perfect balance.

The finish is savoury and lingers, with a subtle hint of iodine.
