This frank and elegant Champagne is the symbol of the excellence and the requirement of Maison Collet. Its balance and freshness give it an exceptional charm. 

ASSEMBLY:
40% Chardonnay for elegance and finesse. 
40% Pinot Noir for the structure. 
20% Pinot Meunier with a fruity and spicy touch. 
10% of reserve wines are used according to the years in order to preserve the character peculiar to this Champagne.

AGING:
The CHAMPAGNE COLLET BRUT ART DECO benefits from an aging of 4 years minimum, stored away from light in century-old cellars cut in chalk. Our wines are voluntarily kept longer in order to offer our consumers a wine with perfect maturity. (The legislation requires a minimum aging of 15 months). Champagne Brut Art Deco dosed at 9 grams of sugar per liter. 

TASTING NOTES:
Appearance: Bright, crystalline appearance. A farandole of very fine bubbles, fast and tonic. 
Nose: Powerful and fruity. Floral and mineral notes of Chardonnay. 
Mouth: Air entry. A subtle wealth and greediness in the middle of the mouth. 
A beautiful length that ends with great freshness.
Serve chilled at 7-8 ° C.
