Charles Heidsieck Brut Millesime 2012
In all areas of France the 2012 grape harvest was judged to be remarkable. 2005 offered flawless conditions for the Champagne locale specifically: a cool dry winter, an early warmth wave in June that support blossoming, moderate precipitation in the mid year, and, at long last, the arrival of exceptionally hot climate toward the start of September, ideal for grapes.
Tasting Notes:

Vintage 2012:
This millésime was made out of 11 crus, including the vineyards that shape the foundations of the house style - Oger, Avize, Vertus and Cramant for Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir from Mailly and Ambonnay.
2012 was a warm year without intricacies. An early warmth wave in June empowered blooming, there was direct yet adequate precipitation through summer, trailed by another warmth wave in ahead of schedule September. Vinification:
After the first fermentation the wines were racked to independent the lees and after that experienced malolactic aging to mollify the regular acridity.
