J.P. Chenet Colombard Chardonnay (25cl)
Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested before they are entirely ripe for perfect health and then crushed rapidly at a low temperature. Fermentated at a very low temperature (12-17°) to preserve all the aromas. Rapidly fined and conserved at a low temperature.
Organoleptic characteristics:
A very pale yellow colour with green reflections.
A flattering bouquet giving notes of white pear, citrus, peach and white blossom. A very expressive bouquet highlighting subtle notes of lime fruit.
A fresh and slight smooth wine.
