D Millésimé 2009 benefitted from ideal weather conditions to produce grapes with excellent ripeness. This great vintage is well balanced with complexity, rich fruits and beautiful freshness.
On the palate the wine presents aromas of white fruits and citrus on the generously long finish.
Tasting Notes:
A wine with great purity like the harvest 2009: excellent grapes picked at the top of their maturity. Ripped fruits, juicy and powerful on the nose as well in the mouth, highlighted by elegant aromas. This champagne expresses a high level of maturity by its dried fruits and brioche notes. The mouth is full, fruity, crispy and generous. It keeps a lot of freshness with a beautiful finish on white fruits and citrus flavours.

Grape varieties:
Pinot Noir 47.5 % and Chardonnay 52.5 %
First pressing juices only from selected vineyards with a majority of « coeur de cuvée » pressing juices.
Origin: Pinot Noir from Côte des Bar and Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs.
Ageing in our cellars: 10 years minimum
Ageing after disgorging: 6 months minimum
Dosage: 6,5 g/l - BRUT
Liqueur made from reserve Devaux blends aged in large oak casks.
