Alexandre Devavry who is behind the House is a 5th Generation wine grower - his own Grand Father provided some of the wines for Carbon's first release!

Superbly presented Champagne. The delicacy and depth of flavour does not disappoint either. Awarded 90/ 100 by Decanter World Wine.
