This delicious and charming wine will accompany patisseries, sweet and sour dishes, but its natural balance will also be appreciated as an aperitif.
Appearance : A very pure deep yellow colour. The froth is made up of fine bubbles forming a delicate ring.
Fragrance : Delicious nose, with hints of patisserie, marzipan and nougatine. The airing reveals more fruity currant, and vine peach jam notes are revealed.
Taste : Well-structured on the palate, with a perfect sugar-sour balance. The naturally fine effervescence of the Cuvée des Moines is transcended by this dry dosage which strengthens the creamy and rich character.
