Cuvee des Moines Brut is the original cuvee.

With air circulation the sweet-smelling sense of taste uncovers fruitiness, white peaches and Mirabelle plums, took after toward the end by hazelnut and caramelized nut notes. 

A long wrap up. Delicate bubbles give a velvety mouth feel.

35% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir and 45% Pinot Meunier
