Palmer & Co has created a rosé combining exceptional fruitiness and delicate notes of spice. At the heart of the blend lies a unique Solera of Pinot Noir, a perpetual reserve of several decades reflecting the House's celebrated expertise.
The intense nose is dominated by the energising aroma of wild strawberries with tantalising light notes of red and black currants in the background, overlaying very delicate notes of vanilla and cinnamon spice.
Fresh and full-bodied on the palate, it is drawn out in finely tannic, succulent bubbles in the same register of fruity elegance.
Blend:
40-45% Chardonnay
40-45% Pinot Noir
10-15% Pinot Meunier
8% Solera of red wines
Reserve wines: 30-35%
Ageing On Lees: 3 years (bottle) - 4 years (magnum)
