Select parcels of fruit from premier vineyards in the Adelaide Hills were blended into this wine to create this distictly lean and fruit-driven Sauvignon.
A full flavoured Sauvignon Blanc that shows varietal tropical fruit with notes of freshly cut grass. This reserve level wine has great length of flavour and the finish is crisp and refreshing. This wine matched perfectly with a range of fresh dishes including lightly spiced thai and seafood.
