Hendricks Gin is the formation of Charles Gordon and Lesley Gracie in a journey to make another and remarkable item from two stills Gordon obtained at closeout in the 1960s.
Both extremely old at the time and affectionately reestablished, one was a Carter-Head, of which just a couple stay on the planet and the other a little pot still.
Every produces a radically distinctive soul to the next.
It was not until 1999 when Gordon and Gracie found the gin they had been looking for.
By starting up both stills in the meantime, and injecting the soul with the abnormal rose and cucumber botanicals, Hendricks Gin was conceived.
