Goring Estate

Made exclusively for Hallgarten by Dermot Sugrue, Goring Estate is an equal parts blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and is produced from fruit grown on the chalky soils of the South Downs in West Sussex. Fermented in oak and stainless steel, and given time to develop in bottle after the secondary fermentation this English Sparkling Wine is elegant and complex with a real purity of fruit.
