Tasting Notes:
Yellow gold robe. The nose is very pleasant and expressive with dried floral aromas, plum and biscuit notes.
The mouth is smooth with dried fruits (hazelnuts), orange and cinnamon notes. Fresh finale.

Winemaking:
Blend: 60% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay
Dosage: 9 g/l

Ageing on lees: 48 months

Serving suggestions: Perfect champagne for aperitif. Dried and salted meats. White meat with sauce.Serving temperature: 8 to 10° C
