Bosco dei Cirmioli Pinot Grigio DOC Rosato (75cl)
Vinification Details: Grapes are de-stemmed and very softly pressed. Crushed grapes are refrigerated at a temperature of 10°C and placed in a pneumatic press. The must is separated from the solid elements of the skins and decants naturally for 12-24 hours at a temperature of 8-10°C.
Tasting Notes: Appearance: delicate rosè colour with salmon and copper reflections Aromas: pleasing aromas of citrus fruits, strawberry, floral and mineral aromas.
Palate: a dry elegant rosè with an excellent balance, freshness, fruity aftertaste and a crisp minerality
