Crafted by the same recipe that was used in 1761, this Bombay Dry Gin is unique in its distillation process, vapour infusion.

Different to other gin's, where they tend to boil their botanicals directly into the spirit the 8 botanicals in this gin they are placed in a copper basket.

The Vapour directly passes throughout the copper slowly infusing the spirit with the flavour of the botanicals, it therefore requires a subtle a full flavour taste, making it a very distinctive gin.
