Honouring the 1865 Pioneer
Our B. Ink Chardonnay is a medium to full bodied wine with notes of vanilla, toasted hazelnut and hints of rich peach and citrus. Finishing with soft acidity and a creamy mouthfeel. Vanilla nougat and crème brûlée buttery aromas.
Vinification Details: Moderate oak influence, matured in stainless steel tanks.
History: At Grant Burge wines, we challenge ourselves to come up with the most vibrant and impactful wines possible. The result was INK.
Regional Information: South Australia has a climate well-suited for growing grapes, with warm summer days and plenty of sunshine allowing full fruit flavours and sugar to develop.
